Gov. Nathan Deal proposed creating a needs-based scholarship Monday that has the potential to help thousands of poor Georgia students afford college.

Complete College America's president, Stan Jones, asserted in the February 4th edition of the Washington Post that the President and Congress should reject worn out debates about college tuition and instead find common ground on college completion.



"They should replace blame shifting with irrefutable facts and seek data-driven solutions that can be achieved now to help students afford their dreams while also increasing U.S. graduation rates," said Jones.
